Englisch This movie has an incredibly strong story just by its essence. It is cruel, but real. It did not make me feel good, but Dakota Fanning and her good vibes slightly compensated for it. I say slightly, because what I watched is supposedly still nothing compared to the book itself, which is totally depressing. The feeling I had from this movie was not that bad. On the other hand, I felt the best at the moment when the camera showed the beautiful shots of British seaside cliffs. It made me feel free as the bird and I don’t think Dakota had it any different. Four absolutely deserved stars to a story as real as it gets. ()

Englisch Similar stories are usually well-rated. The main character is a person who is dying from an incurable disease. Nothing can be done about this fact, it just is. It almost seems like one similar film is made every year. In 2011 "Restlessness," in 2012 "Now Is Good." The story is about a girl who suffers from leukemia, an incurable disease that is killing her. She made a list of things she wants to do before she dies. Some are trivial and come from her young age, others are quite understandable, like having sex. "Now Is Good" is not a story about how she tries to find someone with whom she could at any cost, but it is a romantic and tragic story. In this respect, the film succeeded and delivers exactly what is expected of it. Strong emotions. Dakota Fanning played the role excellently and I was once again happy with her. Maybe she will show us that she only did "Twilight" for money. It must be said that her character was minimally important to the plot. Jeremy Irvine made a name for himself in the film "War Horse," he certainly can't be blamed for it not being very digestible. It is simply Spielberg's style, which with his age falls into absolutely crushing pathos and patriotism. Some scenes in the film "Now Is Good" reminded me of "War Horse." It is true that Jeremy may not appeal to everyone. He is the type that is sometimes too sweet, which in this case is definitely not the best spice. However, the film is strong in its moments, fulfills its mission, and emotionally affects you. Maybe you won't cry, which I actually see as a positive because the film doesn't try to emotionally manipulate you at all costs.
