Helena's ex-husband, the successful writer Karel, has finally moved out of their home, thus being able to live a seducer's life to the full; but he starts to find out he's missing something. The situation falls even more heavily on Frantisek's ex-wife Bohuna, a vigorous lady used to having everything under control. They both look for ways to win Frantisek and Helena back. Frantisek and Helena make the only reasonable decision out of this situation – flee alone and far away: they go to a romantic vacation to Morocco. However, they get caught up by troubles and their ex-spouses, who try to avail of Frantisek and Helena's traveling problems – lost baggage, stolen passports and others – and return back in their lives. Es muss gesagt werden, dass You Kiss Like a Devil nicht nur in Bezug auf die "Handlung“, sondern auch in Bezug auf die Qualität dem vorherigen Film folgt. Der einzige Unterschied besteht darin, dass Oldřich Kaiser diesmal nicht so unterhaltsam gewesen ist, dass mir die Musik von Petr Malásek eine Weile gefallen hat (bevor sie langweilig wurde) und dass die Kameraarbeit von Vladimír Smutný dafür gesorgt hat, dass der Film nicht so amateurhaft aussah, wie er es verdient hätte. Ich verstehe nicht, warum und wie Marie Poledňáková einige ansonsten recht gute Schauspieler*innen dazu bringt, ihre Auftritte so extrem krampfhaft zu gestalten.

To me, You Kiss Like a God seemed like an OK Czech comedy, which is miles away from being a very good movie but which will at least keep you entertained. That’s why I watched it back then and it’s also the reason why I praised it so much. Anyways, I expected to get the same for the sequel, but what I got was – well I don’t even know what I am supposed to think. The actors take a trip to Morocco, they eat and drink at an all-inclusive hotel, sometimes they go play some golf. All that time the plot is running around like a crazy refugee and it makes no sense whatsoever. Later you have Ms. Holubová speaking Czech, some foreigner speaks a foreign language and somehow they manage to have a good dialogue. Please, no more of that for me, thank you. To be honest, I did laugh a couple of times. Kaiser, Bartoška and Langmajer are alright. But this isn’t a movie that has any semblance of quality. It’s simply a movie to unwind and chill to, and it turns out to be this incredible hotchpotch that means nothing to viewers than the result of a holiday trip undertaken by a group of actors.

The second installment tries to be interesting with exoticism and action, which makes me feel like Poledňáková just didn't know how else to spice things up. After watching this film, I kind of hope that they won't bother filming anything else because even though some actors, especially Bartoška, entertained me, it's otherwise a tragedy.
