The Underwoods once again put theory into practice, and after eleven episodes of politicking, manipulation, and intrigue, unpleasant things started happening to people again. Claire made it clear this time that she, too, is not foreign to the motto: "The end justifies the means." Frank Underwood's speech before the committee was again outstanding, and I was completely thrilled with how Kevin Spacey nailed it.

First-class carnage. It’s not the best episode ever, but it’s certainly among the best.
