Micky badar

Everybody calls Ebba Heyman, who is 100 years old, Micky. The Dane has a lifelong hobby: she goes swimming in the sea at all times of the year, whatever the weather. She says having a hobby is important, as it helps one get to know new people of all ages and overcome life's vicissitudes. It's important that we enjoy ourselves every day, for as long as we can, says the resilient Micky as she makes her regular walk back from the jetty. Coming home from swimming gives rhythm to her everyday routine. (One World)
