The film introduces us to a group of "seasoned" women who are headed by their trainer Marinka as they do their rehabilitation exercises. The camera captures the "girls" (or "ladies" as they say) in the locker room, in the gym, jogging in the woods, cross-country skiing, or in their bathing suits in the indoor pool. (Zlín Film Festival)
