Elsa & Fred

Elsa, a vivacious retiree living in New Orleans, meets her new neighbor, straight-laced widower Fred, when she smashes into the bumper of his daughter’s new car. Fred’s stern daughter, Lydia, doesn’t condone Elsa’s free-spirited approach to old age. Soon, however, Elsa’s charming eccentricities begin to rub off on Fred, and the pair start to sneak around like young teenagers behind Lydia’s back. (Morelia International Film Festival)
