I’m in a bit of trouble because I have no clue how to rate The Eclipse or what to think about it. It’s actually a pretty fine film, but try as I may, I can’t figure out who it is made for. Horror fans won’t be satisfied, it’s not intense enough for a romantic drama, and there isn’t even a hint of harmless silly fun. It didn’t leave any impression on me, though I did get quite scared a couple of times, that’s it.
