Gloria hat sich zu Jays Geburtstag etwas Besonderes einfallen lassen. Sie schenkt ihm eine gemeinsame Reise nach Hawaii. Jay freut sich auf die ungestörten Tage mit seiner Frau. Am Flughafen erlebt er jedoch eine böse Überraschung. Gloria hat die ganze Familie auf seine Kosten nach Hawaii eingeladen, mit viel Erholung ist also nicht zu rechnen. Tatsächlich geht das Chaos schon am Flughafen los. Claire versucht ihre Flugangst mit Alkohol zu dämpfen, während Manny als verdächtiger Passagier gilt und befragt wird. (ORF)

Another episode that really pleased me, especially with excellently written dialogues. There's nothing better than being able to relax and have a great time, and the 22nd episode allowed me to do that to the fullest, and planning Jay's birthday party in Hawaii was flawless. I really enjoyed this. // "Gloria came up with it and then arranged everything for us." "Really? For everyone?" "It's your birthday, so I spared no expense." / "I can't love you more than I do right now." "I found a topless beach." "I made a mistake."
