As Good As Dead - So gut wie tot ist kein ausgesprochen schlechter Film. Die erste Hälfe war eigentlich recht gut. Der psychopathische Frank Whaley hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich habe mich auch darüber gefreut, dass ich nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder Andie MacDowell gesehen habe… Je näher aber das Ende rückte, desto naiver wurde der Film. Das Finale war echt dumm. Es war nicht durchdacht und außerdem kam es mir unglaubhaft und fade vor. Wenigstens war der Film schnell vorbei.
