Als Penny Leonard zufällig im Treppenhaus begegnet, fragt sie ihn, ob er Lust hätte, sie ins Kino zu begleiten. Zunächst lehnt er ab. In der Wohnung trifft er jedoch auf den hysterischen Sheldon, der Angst vor einem Vogel hat, der am Fensterbrett sitzt. Und so beschließt Leonard, doch lieber mit Penny den Abend zu verbringen. Inzwischen versucht Sheldon alles, um den Vogel zu vertreiben. (ORF)

It's interesting to see how Dr. Sheldon Cooper's fascination with natural sciences conflicts with actual nature. Sheldon is a truly peculiar character. He's originally from Texas so you'd think he should be able to kill any animal that's bothering him and turn it into chili con carne. Besides that, the (non)date was also hilarious. / "Really? Spell asthma!" / Lesson learned: It's always good to learn something new about hydroelectric power plants.
