Ted hat eine Nachricht des Captains auf seinem Anrufbeantworter. In seiner Erinnerung war ihre letzte Begegnung unschön und so ist Ted nicht sicher, was der Captain von ihm will. Er ruft ihn dennoch zurück und erfährt, dass er Robins Telefonnummer möchte. Robin hat so ihre eigenen Erinnerungen an das letzte Treffen mit dem Captain und ist sich sicher, dass er sie um ein Date bitten möchte. In Wirklichkeit hat der Captain jedoch die Namen verwechselt. Eigentlich wollte er Lilys Nummer. (ORF)

It's a shame that the creators couldn't maintain consistent quality in this episode. I really enjoyed hearing about the encounter with the Captain from three different perspectives (or three types of memory). While it didn't have me laughing out loud, I was entertained. But then, everything took a nosedive with the continuation of the story involving the little monster, which ruined all the fun for me. / Lesson learned: If your memory is failing you, record everything.
