Cowboy Rocklin (John Wayne) kommt nach Santa Inez, um dort als Vormann auf der Farm von Red Cardell zu arbeiten. Der ist jedoch ermordet worden. Excellent movie with John Wayne, which manages to effectively combine the Western, action, and romantic aspects, all of which have their place and are definitely well-executed. There are distinct characters, and it's evident that after the 1930s, this is something that has a better story, better structure, and overall more professional approach.
