Englisch Compared to the sequels, the first installment has a relatively solid level with a few scenes that are truly funny. Plot-wise, it’s of course a genre standard, with characters that are flat and predictable, and the sequence of scenes is one big cliché. However, thanks to its relatively short running time, it can be survived calmly. Seann William Scott pleasantly stirs the water with his excellent lines. On the other hand, Tara Reid and Mena Suvari caught my attention a lot. It's not great, but within the genre, it is a relatively solid project. The further installments are rather unnecessary. ()

Englisch For a long time I just circled around this cult-classic without interest, until the sudden popularity of this year's American Reunion forced me to fill that small gap in my film education and tackle the first sexual adventure of Stifler & Co. in one go. And surprisingly, it wasn't bad at all, even excellent at times! And let's face it, that's the way it really is with high school kids. I myself would never think of using my mum's apple pie as a sex toy, but filming my insanely beautiful classmate in my own room would definitely seem like a great idea. The Weitz brothers don't spare ideas, and their American Pie is a perfectly bold, endearingly honest and exceptionally awkward comedy about the hardships of growing up, which are far from being confined to the walls of a school building. Englisch The fourth regular continuation of the film "Prci, prci, prcičky" made it to the cinema, so I thought it would be nice to remember them. It's not a brilliant film, but it's a good film, no doubt about it. For me, it was a huge milestone because I hadn't seen a similar comedy before. Actually, nobody had seen a similar comedy before. It was vulgar, truly vulgar, with exposed breasts, sex with a pie, and Stifler. A perfectly mixed cocktail that didn't need a great story because it relied on good jokes, memorable characters, and just the right amount of obscenities and nonsense, which meant one thing - young people would be thrilled, their parents would faint, and the film would be forbidden to them. I didn't have the film forbidden, and I think it influenced me a lot. I am vulgar, and I take it for granted, I use curses and quotes from the film. I grew up with "Prcičky" and I'm not ashamed of it. The film is still good for me, and I'll gladly watch it again sometime. So my rating is very subjective. ()
