Kansas Pacific

John Nelson (Sterling Hayden), a military officer, is charged with the task of halting sabotage of the Kansas Pacific Railroad at the hands of Southern allies as it is extended west in the pre-dawning of the Civil War - just after the South had seceded from the union. But Nelson finds more than aggressive destruction at the hands of the rebels - when he meets Barbara, the railroad foreman's daughter, Nelson also finds love. (Verleiher-Text)
