The Giant Claw (2003) (E01)
Was den Inhalt der Dokumentation und die technische Verarbeitung betrifft, so ist The Giant Claw auf einem recht hohen Niveau. Allerdings haben mich die "klugen" Beobachtungen und die "Schauspielerei" von Nigel Marvin zeitweise stark irritiert. Aber ich will den Film deswegen nicht verdammen, denn ich wollte vor allem etwas über den Besitzer der "Riesenklaue" erfahren, was schließlich auch geschah. Kurzum, ein Dokumentarfilm, der sowohl informativ als auch unterhaltsam ist, wobei letztere Komponente manchmal den Gesamteindruck trübt.
