With Byrd at the South Pole

Although the documentary tells the interesting story of one expedition, it is not the main thing that will catch your attention here. The camera work is much more interesting; it's incredible for the year 1930, and it's captivating, especially in the exterior shots. What the filmmakers have managed to capture, whether it's the landscape, the sailing, or the wildlife, is simply beautiful. (29.06.2017)
