I was struggling again whether to rate it with two or three stars. The episode seemed to be overloaded with events and needed to tone it down a bit, which is funny when you realize that many episodes of the fourth season needed to add more to the plot. However, the Doctor pleased me with his traditional ability to empathize with the patients' situations and his dry remarks. So, in the end, it's 3 stars.
