Englisch I don’t know if it’s just a feeling, but I feel like the Americans made a lot of movies about a nation about which they know next to nothing to this day, but these films are still quite realistic and manage to come close to truth. Anyhow, I have to admit that The Horsemen is a really good and interesting movie with a number of great acting performances, catchy Arab English and perfect horse scenes, where I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those horses kicked the bucket during the making of this movie. It’s hard to say. I think I’m better off not knowing. Anyway, The Horsemen is a great flick, which isn’t afraid of showing the Afghani nation and their faith in an objective light. The best part was the guy who broke his leg, the Western doctors put it in the cast, the guy broke the cast the very same day, yelling that he won’t have a devil on his legs, tore a page off the Koran and wrapped his leg in it, claiming that Allah will cure him. Yeah, sure. ()
