In 1995, Spanish horror wizard and right now one of my favourite directors Jaume Balagueró was yet to reach his current form, but this film already shows some of his later genius. Days Without Light is a superbly atmospheric short with two very brutal moments, but it finishes before being able to leave anything in the viewer. Eight minutes are really not enough.
