Englisch The initial shot alone is captivating. Especially the camerawork, which shoots most of the exterior scenes in a slightly lop-sided, agitated documentary kind of way, or attempting and “action" fly-throughs á la David Fincher’s Panic Room, together with the music are the main merits of the movie. Which is, considering the theme of the movie and the cast, truly sad. The kidnapping and the subsequent execution of Italian prime minister Aldo Mora, till today surrounded with uncertainties, promises a lot. Especially, when in a first half of the movie, the creators visibly followed the template created by Oliver Stone’s JFK. Until that, no complaints. Everything works like it’s supposed to, and everything is truly exciting. But to the depths to which the movie sinks in the second half, especially from the Paris visit forward is just sad. Unfortunately it just gets bogged down in a topic currently so favored and overused: ultra-secret organizations and worldwide conspiracy. It is crowned by a final outcome which is clear from opening credits, but still you will be praying throughout that the creators actually don’t go through with it. But they do. Only to kill any potential quality that was left and sentenced Five Moons Plaza to the category of conspiracy farce. ()
