Arc

The film take place in Budapest, in the end of The World War II, telling the story of a young Communist who escaped from prison. The boy tries to revitalise his contact with the movement, but he is told to be quiet and wait. He is needed. His friend, Andi, cannot help him, what is more, he himself gets lost after the next action. The boy and Andi's sister fall in love with each other. He cannot stand inactivity. He feels that he is not accounted with. He calls on workers, who suspect a provocateur in him and beat him. He returns to Ágnes trying to disappear in the hiding place provided by her. He roams the streets of the city preparing for the siege when a detective recognises and shoots him. (Verleiher-Text)
