Stammisar

Locals follows an ensemble of normal people trying to keep their relationships alive without losing themselves. The film takes place in bars, cafés and restaurants during a summer evening in Stockholm. Through playful dialogue in rhyming verse, they reveal their shortcomings and weaknesses, their frustrations and their unsatisfied desires. In short: the strain of being in human relationships, and the pain of being without them. (Gijón International Film Festival)
