Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Šmejdi (2019) (Folge)
Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Vládci loutek (2019) (Folge)
The series is now exactly as I wished it to be. I had a great time with the crazy storyline, David Novotný impressed me with his puppeteering performance, Martin Myšička with his managerial decision, and Ivan Trojan with his silent depression. Additionally, I have to say that Spejbl and Hurvínek were excellent alive.
Zkáza Dejvického divadla - AIDS (2019) (Folge)
I criticized the previous episode for a lack of humor, but I didn't have such a problem with the second episode. The influence of a heavy jobovka on the atmosphere in the theater and especially on the behavior of each individual and the whole collective was perfectly executed, I couldn't help but laugh.
Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Režisér (2019) (Folge)
After the first episode, I felt a slight disappointment. Whenever actors from Dejvické divadlo are involved in something, I expect a powerful impact on my senses, but that somehow didn't happen. It's true that I was genuinely entertained in some parts, but most of the time I was just smiling a little bit.
Matrjoschka (2019) (Serie)
The authors of the series have really outdone themselves. The first two episodes bummed me out so much that if it hadn’t been for Natasha Lyonne in the lead role, whom I love especially for her vocal expression, I would have probably quit watching. But that would have been a shame because the writing significantly improved in the episodes that followed. It was no longer boring, and I started enjoying myself. I can't help feeling that the creators had been putting me on all along.
Matrjoschka - Ariadne (2019) (Folge)
The series wrapped up on a high note, and it's a shame the beginning didn't match up. But hey, they nailed the battle against the time loop, and I gotta hand it to them for handling those different time dimensions like pros. Makes me wonder if I accidentally slipped into some boring parallel universe during the first half. Well, I'm not about to go kill myself to find out.
Matrjoschka - Der Ausweg (2019) (Folge)
Wow, talk about a plot twist! After a sluggish start, this episode was a wild ride, packed with enough psycho moments to keep me on the edge of my seat. Those earlier episodes had me yawning, but now I'm thrilled I hung in there.
Matrjoschka - Reflexion (2019) (Folge)
What a blast! Watching those two resurrected characters team up was exactly what I hoped for, and I'm genuinely curious about the disappearing objects and Alan's fish. It's just a shame the series didn't kick off with this kind of energy!
Matrjoschka - Überlegenheitskomplex (2019) (Folge)
At last, I stumbled upon an episode that really clicked for me, breaking the cycle and pushing the story forward. Alan's character injected some much-needed freshness into the plot, and I loved diving into all the theories. The potential partnership between Nadia and Alan seems like it could be a game-changer for the series.
Matrjoschka - Alans Routine (2019) (Folge)
The episode was essentially a repeat of the introductory episode, just with a different main character. Despite that, I gave it an extra star for breaking the routine.
