Biografie

Jeremy Kipp Walker is a New York-based producer/director and partner at the independent film production company Journeyman Pictures. It's Kind of a Funny Story is his third consecutive movie with the filmmaking team of Ryan Fleck & Anna Boden; he was a producer on their first two features, the award-winning Half Nelson and Sugar.
Among the films that he has produced are Sophie Barthes' Cold Souls,starring Paul Giamatti, David Strathairn, and Emily Watson; and Mark Heller's The Passage, starring Stephen Dorff and Sarai Givaty.
With writer J. Anderson Mitchell, Mr. Walker co-directed the award-winning short films Super Powers and Goodnight Bill, both of which he also produced.
Among the features that he has been an associate producer on are Jim McKay's Angel (a.k.a. Angel Rodriguez), starring Rachel Griffiths and Jonan Everett; and Mandy Stein's documentary You See Me Laughin'. Earlier in his career, he worked in production capacities on Joshua Marston's Maria Full of Grace, starring Academy Award nominee Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Jim McKay's Everyday People; and worked at Woody Allen's Perdido Productions, on the writer/director's films The Curse of the Jade Scorpion and Hollywood Ending.
