Biografie
MA in History from University of Paris 7, where he also attends film classes. In the 70s, he starts his filmmaking career, and in the 90s he launches Venezuela’s biggest collection of historical documentaries. His most significant works include Caracas: 20th Century Chronicles (1999); The Blowout (2007-2014) and Days of Dictatorship (2012).
