A queer femme-boy daydream that introduces the world to Cousin John in a musical romp and love letter to New York that ends in woodland twinks and a candlelit ceremony of incestuous romance. The film is both love letter to New York, and queer woodland fantasy centring around the premise of Cousin John’s journey through the streets and transport systems of New York as he tries to flee the city to a queer utopia upstate, where a string quartet and band of half-clad fashion queers, ruled by Hilton Dresden, await him.
