Englisch A pretty cool flick from Taiwan about zombie politicians! The story takes place in parliament, where a viral infection breaks out and politicians start turning into zombies. The setting makes the film quite original, but it's a festival-appropriate indie for hardened viewers, definitely not for the general audience. I liked that they incorporated martial arts with the zombies, which I thought was quite unusual, and it's full of absurd and over-the-top scenes that are absolutely WTF and will make you either laugh out loud or roll your eyes and wish for the ending. For me, there are about three legendarily funny scenes, and thankfully the blood spurts in gallons, so the film delivers on the fun. It cannot be taken seriously, though the film won the top prize in the best film section in Warsaw.
