Well, it's nonsense, but what can you do. Parodies used to be quite good for us, and this is a reminiscence of what it used to be. Some lines have become popular among people, and that is also an example for me that this film definitely makes sense. Surprisingly, after almost twenty years, it is not as hilarious as it used to be, but Ladislav Potměšil as Major Maisner is simply the prototype of a stupid cop and he does it excellently.
