Die reiche Claire Gregory verbringt einen Abend in einem angesagten Edelclub, als sie Zeugin eines Mordes wird. Nur knapp gelingt es ihr, dem Täter zu entkommen. Sie ist jedoch weiterhin in großer Gefahr. Zu Claires Schutz wird ihr der Polizist Mike Keegan an die Seite gestellt. Schon bald entflammt eine Leidenschaft zwischen den beiden. Okay... This can happen. As a director you make Alien, Blade Runner and then you end your streak with a boring, plain and mediocre thriller with a super long title. I’m used to the fact that if a movie is good, I won’t fall asleep watching it at night. Here I was falling asleep all the time and had to finish the movie, with respect to the director, the next day. This just didn’t work. Tom Berenger is okay as a B-list sniper but he can’t play a serious role. The rest is not much better... Yeah... Everybody makes mistakes.
