Musical hits are born when a song plays on the airwaves once, twice, and by the twenty-fifth time, you know it by heart, subconsciously humming along and appreciating its wonderful melody and lyrics. This film may not have been aired daily, but it became an indispensable part of New Year's Eve festivities once a year. Moreover, during a time when competition in television entertainment was quite weak, its popularity relied heavily on the male casting of two of the era's most popular comedians - Jiří Sovák and Vladimír Menšík. Once it may have been a decent film, and even today it would still be above average, but it remains only at the level of the best episodes of various decent Czech TV series. It doesn't deserve more than three stars. Overall impression: 65%. ()
Excellent bite, which was perhaps the funniest and most entertaining thing that all television stations offered during New Year's Eve. I recently discovered the genre of microstories and it also works in a film-TV format. When you have a punchy script and excellent actors on hand, it just works... ()
