Although I am quite allergic to supernatural forces and phenomena in the film world that cannot be explained by reason, I was able to accept them here. What's more, they didn't bother me at all. I guess I succumbed to the allure of adventure with the scent of exotic faraway lands during the times of the gold rush. Among other things, I was also impressed by the cast, which in my opinion is not led by Eva Green, but by the mesmerizing Eve Hewson. (70%)
