A group of lesbians face old age with shared dynamism and zest. In their youth, they created a social movement that allowed them to be true to themselves. Now, they are pioneers again, at a stage of life with the daunting challenges of frailty, loneliness, and the death of friends. These women are role models for aging, which they do with determination, engagement, an independent and irreverent spirit, and a heartening delight in living. (Montreal World Film Festival)
