The Plural of Blood

Diana Santiago is an ambitious African American businesswoman working diligently to support her husband Alejandro Santiago’s career as a law enforcement officer with the LAPD. On the path to parenthood in adopting a newborn black baby boy, their world is suddenly turned upside down after the shooting of an unarmed black teenager sets off a firestorm in the African American Community. Within hours, Diana finds herself the victim of discrimination of an unexpected kind and uniquely reckoning with the upheaval of her life and her role in her marriage to the thin blue line.
