A task force is established in a district internal affairs administration to investigate complicated, confusing and mysterious crimes in hot pursuit. The team has four case officers, all of them differing in disposition, character, and experience. Each one has his own story of coming to work for the police and his own methods and approaches in fulfilling the tasks, sometimes stepping on illegal grounds.
