I didn't like this at all. The whole film is so infantile and awkward that I felt ashamed at times. Weird technology, humor that doesn't work, it's all too colorful and overwrought. In short it has everything an action movie shouldn't have, weird villain included. The only surprise was the decent fights, which were fun to watch, the rest of the action was like something out of Spy Kids. 40%

If the creators restrained themselves a bit in terms of the final runtime and instead tried to add more action and even crazier scenes, it would be great, much more entertaining, and with better momentum. It's a bit of a drag in places, but it still serves its function. An enjoyable modern retro film in the style of Mission: Impossible.
