Pendleton County, W.Va., contains an old naval base now under the control of the National Security Agency. Code-named Timberline and supplied with employees from the nearby Sugar Grove naval base, the spot is well known by the residents. When Sugar Grove goes on sale, interviews with these residents, along with real estate agents and newscasters, unpack the options for the future of the building and the town. Meanwhile, Timberline continues to operate with an unknown number of NSA agents. In less than 15 minutes, filmmaker Elaine McMillion Sheldon impressively taps into the layers of this small town - dissecting the dissonance between what one is told and what is the truth.
