Code-named Timberline and supplied with employees from the nearby Sugar Grove naval base, the spot is well known by the residents. When Sugar Grove goes on sale, interviews with these residents, along with real estate agents and newscasters, unpack the options for the future of the building and the town. Meanwhile, Timberline continues to operate with an unknown number of NSA agents.
