Napoleon's troops are massing at the gates of Waterloo. Time is running out for soldier Bébé, who is looking for a battalion, so he can join the Grande Armée which tomorrow will launch an attack on the English. In their Quechua tent set up in a parking lot, he and his wife live through the Empire's final hours, just before it falls. (Locarno Festival)
