Fu Yu Zi

This film draws on the poeticism of radically minimalistic naturalism: endlessly long static scenes showing routine expressions of the everyday; "dead" moments of apathy and lethargy; slices of reality emphasising the absence of father figures that take place primarily in one room where there is no space for family relationships.
