In this film, which portrayls the general state of mind of Everyman in the 1990s, the creators announce the individual stories while sitting by a table at a cosy club. The framework to the film is the cultural life of the mentally handicapped. In their home, a dancing party is in full swing. The members of the KVB are shooting their film at the Great Market Hall, evacuated for reasons of reconstruction, under a sign saying chitterlings. Szőke András, holding on to a rod, is just describing who he is, what he stands for and why he is not at peace with the world. The creators of the film read out passages from writings by Hamvas Béla. Accompanied by some friends, they contemplate the question of what it was that made one of their buddies start suddenly shrinking. This is followed by scenes of recreation, i.e. the family spending time at the bath. One must work, although wolves are cating people in the woods - Czabán and Pálos conclude. The Pálos family now stage the family drama Little Red Riding-Hood. Czabán and Pálos find that it is pure incidence that the ones sitting in the club happen to be themselves, while the audience are sitting in the movie-theatre. It could easily be the other way round, as shooting a film is fun. The camera is now panned across the faces of the mentally handicapped, listening to the festival concert. (Verleiher-Text)
