U6 - Úžasný svět vědy

The Amazing World of Technology is a game show screened on Czech Television's channel for children and youth, Decko. The participants in this show are secondary school students, who are split into two teams and compete against each other in tasks which involve quiz questions and practical assignments. The contest takes place at the national historic site Dolni Vitkovice in Ostrava, in the former energy headquarters U6. The U6 building currently shelters the Small World of Technology museum, which is open to the general public. The two hosts of this game show play the roles of a factory owner and his assistant Duchacek. Each episode focuses on a different branch of science and technology and a famous figure, whose identity the competitors need to reveal. (Academia Film Olomouc)
