I was excited about watching the series, but that's hardly a surprise as I enjoy retro vibes. It was interesting how different the two seasons were. While the first one dealt mainly with the development of the atomic bomb, the second season focused more on espionage. The series is also a reminder that although the United States has always promoted the idea of democracy, the playing field is hardly level. The atmosphere, the plot, and the performances were of a high standard. I had a great time. (31.01.2017)

The first season was excellent. The plot totally drew me in, the setting was depressing, the atmosphere was unsettling to the point of suffocating, filled to the brim with paranoia. With films or series like this, I always realize how great it is that the United States is and always will be the hub of global democracy. That is unless you happen to be a woman, a black person, an Indian, or a person with an opinion. The cast was perfect, especially David Harbour and Peter Stormare. (29.01.2017)

The first episode looks very promising, the setting is harshly desert, the atmosphere is claustrophobic and permeated with paranoia towards espionage and fear of those who are initiated. Additionally, I found out that David Harbour is in the series, which is definitely good news, and I expect only the best from the next episodes. (26.01.2017)

The second episode was just as good as the first one, the series still maintains a perfect tense atmosphere in which the individual characters struggle with their depressive lives. One immediately sees their own existence in a much more positive light. I have seen two episodes of the series in a row and I feel like sand is grinding between my teeth. (27.01.2017)

The atmosphere in the series is becoming even denser, the scientific complex is now a regular prison, and paranoia reaches its peak. I really enjoyed the third episode, the screenplay maintains a stable quality as well as the acting performances, the plot develops smoothly and I can only look forward to the next episodes. Hmmm, interesting, the fourth episode has already aired and still without losing its charm, the series continues to maintain its attractiveness and that wonderfully suspenseful atmosphere, the acting performances are at a high level, and if the creators continue like this, I will be as happy as a well-attached tick. Ouch, it's here now, one star is gone. The plot has lost some pace because it got a bit too stuck with the character of Glen Babbit and his alleged espionage case, there were too many false tones for me. The worst thing is that they failed to maintain the atmosphere that I had been constantly praising in this episode. (27.01.2017)

After a slightly weaker fifth episode, the sixth one was excellent again, but in a different way. This time, I didn't perceive the atmosphere as oppressive, although maybe I should have. I couldn't help it, but something about Fritz's personal tragedy seemed so funny to me that I even laughed a few times, although I admit that this episode was probably the scariest of all. I’m giving the second season five stars despite two major shortcomings. I wish that the creators had handled the finale better. They seemed to have used up all their inventiveness on the ninth episode. Overall, the series worked really well. Thankfully, the writing managed to keep the high standard of the first season for the most part. (30.01.2017)

The second season was started with an episode that reminded me of the TV show "The Americans" and has brought the highest number of espionage activities so far. The series continues what the first season started so well - the atmosphere, plot, and acting performances are of a high standard. (29.01.2017)

The second episode would have to be liked by Franz Kafka, everything is connected and owls are not what they seem. The plot of the episode is absolutely gripping, especially the scenes from "Guantanamo" are thought-provoking. This time, paranoia takes on a completely new dimension and I was entertained the whole time. (29.01.2017)

In the third episode, I have nothing to criticize, I was entertained the whole time and the final credits surprised me unpleasantly. The atmosphere is still wonderfully tense, the plot is still captivating and the performances are excellent. William L. Petersen thoroughly enjoys playing the character of Colonel Emmett Darrow. The fourth episode of the second season has been the weakest so far in terms of what the series has offered me. Oppenheimer still appears and behaves like an opium lover, and the whole episode felt like just filling a blank spot between episodes 3 and 5. (29.01.2017)

I liked the fifth episode significantly more than the fourth one, but I have a feeling that the show is losing its momentum. In the last two episodes, the story wasn't able to captivate me as it did before, and I can only hope that it will succeed in doing so again in the future episodes. (29.01.2017)

The penultimate episode of the series was absolutely gripping. All the events evidently lead toward a grand finale, and it definitely doesn't hold back along the way. Great performance, atmosphere, tension, and script, without fault, and the conclusion of the episode blew me away. I feel sorry for anyone who didn't have the chance to watch all the episodes at once and had to wait a week for the resolution. (30.01.2017)

I was so excited and such a heavy disappointment. The penultimate episode enthralled me, but the last one felt like a stab in the back, full of words, some melodrama, no atmosphere at all. So, the only thing I liked about the last episode was the storm, the creators succeeded with that. (30.01.2017)
