Ihr seid umstellt

An average mystery with vengeance and an interesting cast. Unfortunately, even though it had a good cast, I wasn't all that impressed. I just took it as a nice diversion. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't think it was intended to be anything else. Unfortunately, towards the end, I was getting more and more sick of it; even as nothing more than a nice diversion or distraction, I still wanted to get it over with. It doesn't stand out among other series of this type. You forget it quickly. (20.07.2014)

Seung-gi Lee is a safe bet for me, and even though this is his first series that I’m not giving full marks, I'm once again impressed. It's suspenseful and entertaining from the start. As we know, Koreans love to make fun of cops on TV. But it's not always exactly funny and sometimes it borders on the pathetic; thankfully that's not the case here. I almost burst out laughing the first few times I saw the rookies. Apart from Seung-gi, the biggest draw for me was the charismatic Seung-won Cha, who I've only see thus far in Athena. Here he was completely different, but still perfect. I'm also glad for the little bit of romance and the fine soundtrack. So why am I not giving it full marks? Because by the end, the filmmakers were scraping the bottom of the barrel and dragging it out as much as possible. And some of the plot twists were pretty easy to predict. If only it had 16 episodes... (29.07.2014)
