The idea of a certain group of killers has always fascinated me, I once started writing a fantasy saga with this theme, but I ended up halfway through the book. However, this is such a strange mixture that at one moment it looks like an action movie, at another like a drama, then like a romance, but neither element works in a way that would make it connected. The characters are such that you get bored of them right away. You don't form a connection with them, only the women are quite sexy here, but that's really not a reason to worship this movie. The visual side is good, but even that doesn't save it. When there's nothing to tell and it bursts into an hour and three quarters, it's a bit of a disaster.
