The pilot episode of the first season was a pleasant surprise. Even though I was just getting to know the story and characters, there was always something happening, so I definitely wasn't bored. The reality show producers clearly sacrificed their principles for the sake of viewership and profit, so I ended up getting a pretty solid handbook for both beginner and advanced manipulators.
