In Mongolia, a battle is going on for the souls of the people. Missionaries are conducting intensive conversion work in the world's most sparsely populated country, where some 40 percent of the population do not belong to any religious group. "The Mongolians don't know about anything but drinking. Vodka, vodka, vodka. Now we want to fill their lives with gospel and the Bible," tells a Baptist. Floris Jan van Luyn's film illuminates the missionaries' backgrounds, objectives, and the means by which the fight of beliefs is carried out. It also tells the tale of Congolese Gaby Bamana, who returned to his homeland from Mongolia after 15 years of missionary work. The stories of Catholic Bamana lead the viewers to ponder, does anyone have the right to meddle in other people's beliefs or culture.
