An Halloween ging ein maskierter Killer um, der in einer Kleinstadt einen hohen Blutzoll einforderte, aber dann von zwei Brüdern ins Jenseits geschickt werden konnte. Doch nun ist der Killer zurück. Für tot gehalten bringt man ihn ins nächste Krankenhaus, wo er erwacht und sein blutiges Handwerk fortsetzt - nun auch auf Rache an all jenen sinnend, die ihn hierher gebracht haben! (Edel)

I hope that Hayride 3 won't happen because there won't be any reason to. Hayride 2 offered nothing to make the viewer want to watch the film. The music is incredibly monotonous and bothered me in many passages. The whole movie is terribly one-dimensional, just a skeleton onto which a repeatedly overcooked story is piled up, to the extent that even different actors and a slightly different killer won't save it. Another film that drags the slasher genre into oblivion.
