No, Blood Shed is not a good movie, and maybe that's mostly because it's just not a good horror movie, even though it pretends to be one. There aren't many horror moments and the music tries to save everything. The interaction between the characters is utterly barren except for a few bright spots, so you just let this film flow to its end, maybe not paying any attention to it at all in the last half hour.
