I ran into a familiar issue from the previous season - the lack of humor. For someone who's seen better prison dramas, this was a bit disappointing. Plus, I've been growing increasingly annoyed with the character Madison Murphy. However, I have to admit, seeing her face get up close and personal with the floor was oddly satisfying.
