Islande, année zéro

Like most Scandinavian countries, Iceland was a model xample of a developed and prosperous society with a high standard of living. The financial crisis robbed thousands of people of their jobs or assets, and showed that the country’s affluence has been built upon unstable foundations. The documentary shows how the country’s inhabitants, used to living in an island community, are coming to terms with the inevitable need to reassess their life values.
