Ivar und seine Männer haben die Schlacht verloren und sich vorerst zurückgezogen. Doch dann erinnert sich Hvitserk an ein Versprechen, das ihm Rollo einst gab: Er bot ihm Hilfe an, wenn er sie einmal benötigen sollte. Und tatsächlich werden Hvitserk und Ivar unzählige fränkische Soldaten zur Seite gestellt. Der Kampf ist für Ivar noch lange nicht vorüber. Auch zwischen Flokis Anhängern Thorgrim und Bul entbrennt ein Streit, der blutig endet. (ProSieben FUN)

Yeah, yeah, I praised the previous episode and immediately I was duly punished. At one point, I had a feeling that I was watching Game of Thrones, where I also came across extremely fast movements through time and space. What Hvitserk demonstrated on the route Norway-France-Norway had to be the work of the gods, otherwise I can't explain it. And he still had to spend some time negotiating with Rollo and preparing the expeditionary force for the journey. And the strange coronation of Alfred? That was really a bad joke.

Another trip in time. Having many weeks, if not several months, passing in two successive cuts is not exactly a good idea to speed up the saga, when it's thrice the crap it should be.
